The page setup group of the page layout tab contains the following important command buttons in excel 2019.
Click on the page layout tab then in the page setup group click the dialog box launcher. Select the desired orientation from the page orientation drop down menu. Click the advanced tab and then select the appropriate unit on the ruler units drop down menu in the display section.
