Footer Sheet Page. With the text cursor in the header or footer click the page number option in the header footer elements section on the ribbon. Enable the workbook and right click at one tab in the sheet tab bar to display the right menu and then click select all sheets.
Click the worksheet to which you want to add specific header or footer elements. For this example we ll start with adding a header so in the header footer section of the insert tab click header a list of built in header layouts display on the drop down menu. Excel displays the worksheet in page layout view.
On the insert tab in the text group click header footer.
